This is a Saginaw County Resident program that is funded entirely by community donations and is intended to service limited income homes, senior citizens on a fixed incomes, and other hardship cases. We will cover a large portion of the costs to to help offset the cost of spaying or neutering their pet.

  • In females, spaying eliminates the chance of uterine infection and reduces the chances of mammary cancer.
  • In males, neutering eliminates the chance of testicular cancer and reduces the chances of urinary tract infection.
